Whether you understand the film or you don’t, this is one film that might just be one of the most interesting ones that you have ever seen, or at least seen in a long time. The title intrigues you? Smells of science fiction? Well it actually is, or it seems to be on the surface. It is about the long life of man and how man would be, think and act like if he happened to live a thousand years, right from when humans were first created to a thousand years later. But the best part about it is that none of it takes place in action; which is that none of that is truly visually shown through the film; it is all through means of a discussion.
The plot revolves around the story of this college professor who is shifting from his current location. When his students gather at his home to say their goodbyes, he discloses to them that he is in fact a man who has been living for over a thousand years; that he was born as a cave man and from that era he has been shifting places every ten years to avoid suspicions. The entire film develops on the basis of this story and whether what he is telling them is true or not. Though it is based on a science fictional theory, the film is nothing like one.
